RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

What is Made For Me’s return policy?

You are welcome to return any goods purchased online within 7 days of receiving the item. Please send an email to hello@madeforme.co.za

  • Returns will only be accepted if the item(s) is still in their original unopened packaging and unused.
  • If you are returning the item because it is not suitable or you have changed your mind we will refund you, less the courier fee once the item has been returned to us and we have confirmed that the item is in the same condition as it was shipped.
  • The refund will be done via EFT.
  • Courier fees are not refundable.
  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.  If your return is approved, we will initiate the EFT refund. Refunds are dealt with on a case-by-case basis and are generally processed within 3 working days (after the items are received back to us).

Please note we will not accept returns of any sale items, or digital products.

 

What do I do if I receive goods damaged in transit?

If you do not receive your order in mint condition or if anything is  damaged, please let us know immediately so that we can ensure the situation is rectified. Email us on hello@madeform.co.za

 

What do I do if I wish to exchange a product for another?

We do not do exchanges directly, but you can log a refund and place a new order for the item you would like. Please note that this means you will have to pay for shipping to return the original item, and shipping to receive the new item.
