What is the difference between the A4 calendar and the A3 calendars?

The A4 and A3 Monthly calendars are exactly the  same in design. The only difference is the size and the A3 calendars has PVC corners.  Refer to the product details in our shop for specific details.

The A4 is smaller and more compact. The A3 is larger and gives you more space to write more in each block if required..

When will I get my order?

Once you have placed your order with us.  We will forward you an invoice.  Once payment has been made and it has cleared in our bank account we will pack your order.  Orders are shipped within 3 workings days after payment has cleared. You will receive notification once your order is on its way to you if being couriered. Alternatively we will let you know and arrange a time for you to collect directly from us.

Do you have a payment plan option?

Unfortunately not at this stage.  Payment is done via EFT.

What are my delivery options?

  1. Delivery via courier:We ship to your door at a Shipping cost of to your door.
  2. Free pickup:You can arrange to pick up your order in Summerstrand PE for free. (Strictly by appointment only)

 

How do I place an order through the website?

  1. Find the products that you would like to order by browsing the categories on our ‘Shop’ page.
  2. When you find a product that you like, add it to your shopping cart by clicking its ‘Add to Cart’ button..
  3. When you have chosen all the products that you would like to buy, click on the CART title in the top menu. This will direct you to your shopping cart.
  4. You will be asked to register. We need your delivery and contact details to get your order to you.
  5. You will then be asked to choose your delivery method. Your order can be delivered via a courier service at a flat rate of R100
  6. You will then be given the details for the Direct bank transfer.Your order will be dispatched once your payment has cleared.

 

What are my payment options?

You will be prompted to make payment by the following methods:

  • Direct bank transfer – You will receive an email with our banking details. You can pay the outstanding amount directly into our bank account and send the proof of payment to hello@madeforme.co.za. Your order will be processed as soon as your payment reflects in our account.

 

Delivery policy

Courier delivery takes 2 to 5 working days depending on the order’s destination.

Courier deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. There are no deliveries on weekends or public holidays. If you live in a main city centre, your order will reach you faster than if you life in a remote area.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email/Whatsapp with a waybill number. You can track your parcel on the www.storetoyourdoor.aramex.co.za  website. Please note that in busy seasons we might not send waybill numbers as quickly as we want to.
